Security & Privacy
Boundaries you can understand.
THALORA designs regional processing, identity, tenant separation, encryption and minimized persistence as explicit TES controls.
How TES protects customer work
Identity and isolation
Authentication alone does not grant TES access. TES verifies customer membership and service entitlement, and keeps each organization's investigation records within its authorized tenant boundary.
Regional and encrypted handling
The European service is designed for regional hosting in France. Connections use encrypted transport, protected credentials are managed outside browser code, and hosting location is not presented as proof of legal compliance.
Minimized records
TES limits operational records to what is needed for service delivery, security, entitlement, usage and accountable policy enforcement. Rejection records contain classifications and request metadata rather than the rejected submission.
AI processing
TES screens requests against versioned responsible-use and security rules before accepted content can reach an AI model. Confirmed instruction attacks, prompt extraction, encoded instructions and context-stuffing attempts are rejected before model invocation. These controls reduce common attacks but do not claim perfect detection.
For an accepted investigation, TES sends bounded task content to its configured regional AI provider. The model receives no authority over identity, entitlements, tenant routing, credentials or service controls, and model tools remain disabled. TES validates the response contract before publishing a result.
AI-assisted results may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing relevant evidence, sources, limitations and context. TES must not be used as the sole basis for consequential, professional, legal or safety-critical decisions about a person.
Information TES does not support
Do not intentionally submit sensitive personal data or use TES to determine or materially influence employment, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, housing, policing, immigration, legal rights or access to essential services. Review the full Responsible Use Policy before submitting work.
